Refund policy

Payments are not active during the public beta. When paid credit packs launch, orders will be processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Refunds, withdrawal rights and mandatory consumer protections will follow Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including any stronger rights required by local law. Buyers may request a refund using the support link in their receipt or billing page, or at paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Used credits or fully delivered digital services may be non-refundable except where required by law or when the product is faulty or not as described.
